Standard Return Policy: Eligible items for return must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
To initiate a return, simply visit https://returns.narvar.com/splendid/returns where you can print a personalized return label. Then package the items and ship back via UPS. Please keep in mind:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached).
- Swimwear, underwear, beauty, and home are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items sold at a discount of 50% or greater are considered “final sale”. Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit.
- Shoes must be returned with the box they came in or they will not be accepted.
- Gifted items are only eligible for store credit (new with tags).
- International returns must be returned by any traceable method at their own expense.
- Retail purchases must be returned to a retail store.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team here.
Splendid cannot accommodate any exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund or store credit (according to our policy guidelines).
*Please be advised, items returned should be sent with the associated return packing slip and shipping label. If return orders are sent combined, this will further delay processing.

Please ensure you enclose the correct item and apply the right shipping label when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Splendid does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates or recycles these items when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item in your return parcel, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items shipped back to us.
Any items purchased Final Sale and sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
