Please note that ground orders will be shipped either via UPS or DHL and delivered by UPS Surepost or via DHL Smartmail. Expedited orders will be shipped via UPS. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status. We aim to ship all orders out as quickly as possibly, but due to the impact of increased order volumes, your order may be delayed. Please allow 48 hours to see movement on your package.
As our Bridal collection is personalized, this is shipped with UPS. Due to 8 - 10 week lead times, expedited shipping is not applicable. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO boxes, please provide us with a valid residential or business address.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Splendid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
