If you currently have an account on the Splendid website, then you’re already enrolled in our loyalty program. Just sign in and start earning points!
Please note, subscribing to our emails does not mean you have an account, to be sure you do have an account, check here!
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn points?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active site account have been automatically enrolled in our Splendid Insider program, and given 25 points you would earn for creating a new account.
Where can I find all of my Splendid Insider account info?
You can view your Splendid Insider status by navigating to ‘My Account’ on the Splendid website or by clicking here.
What are the advantages of becoming a Splendid Insider?
Splendid Insider is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks and rewards the more they engage with the brand. Members receive points by making a purchase, referring friends, following Splendid on social media, leaving product reviews, and more. You even receive a discount on your birthday each year! In addition to earning points, some of the perks members receive are free shipping, exclusive access to launches, promotions, and more. What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service by emailing customercare@splendid.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Signing up is 100% free.
EARNING
What are the easy ways to earn points?
Every member gets 25 points just for joining our loyalty program. You earn 1 point on every dollar spent and there are other ways to earn aside from shopping. You can add your birthday to your account to earn points, sign up for SMS, leave us a review, like us on Facebook, or follow us on Instagram and Youtube.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a Splendid Insider member—you will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our brand and community.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my loyalty account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your Splendid Insider account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Do points ever expire?
If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to Insider, the lowest tier.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
You must be logged in when making purchases in order to earn points. Double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. If you have done this in error, contact us at customercare@splendid.com and we will help apply your points to your account.
You also won’t receive points if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
If you make a purchase in-store, there will be up to a 10-day delay before your points are reflected in your account. If you still don’t see those points in your account after 10 days, please reach out to customercare@splendid.com.
I should have earned points for a purchase but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! Please note that there may be a delay in our system and points could take anywhere from minutes to 10 days (for in-store purchases) to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account, follow these tips to troubleshoot:
· Refresh your browser
· Log out and then log back into your account
· Check your ‘Rewards History’ in your Splendid Insider account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate, please feel free to contact our team at customercare@splendid.com and they will look into the issue for you.

How do points convert to dollars?
250 points = $25 reward to use on splendid.com
How do I redeem my points?
For every 250 points earned, you will receive a $25 reward. Simply head to the Splendid Insider page to view any rewards available to you and click ‘Redeem’ to receive the reward code. You also have the option to view available rewards at the bottom of the cart page or in ‘My Account.’ Make sure you are logged in!
Will I be able to use my perks/rewards in-store?
Yes, most perks and rewards can be redeemed both online and in full-price retail stores only.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account. If it is a partial return, we will refund your alternate form of payment first (i.e., credit or debit card), and then any portion of the reward owed back to you will be returned to your point balance.
If you redeem your points to make a purchase in-store and then decide to return those items, the reward points will not be restored. We recommend making an exchange instead.
Can I use my rewards during a promotion?
As only one promotion may be used per transaction, you can only use either one promotion code or apply your rewards to an order.
I placed my order with my rewards but now the item is marked down. Can I have a price adjustment?
Due to the structure of the rewards program, we cannot modify any discounts or price adjust an order that already has a discount applied.
TIERS
How is my Rewards Tier determined?
Your Splendid Insider tier is determined by the amount of points earned.
Insider - 25 points
Muse - 200 points
Icon - 650 points
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's benefits for the next 12 months. As you move up in the tiers, all benefits from the previous tier carry over.
How do I know which Splendid Insider tier I am in?
You can view your Splendid Insider status by navigating to ‘My Account’ on the Splendid website, or simply clicking here and logging in.
What is 'early sale access'?
As an Insider, you will receive select sale emails ahead of the general public. That means you get a first look at all the best sale styles!
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total points cross a tier threshold, you will receive an email letting you know that there has been a change to your tier status.
Does tier status expire?
Once you are an Insider, Muse, or Icon, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you reached it. Make sure to keep interacting with us to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
How is my free shipping applied at checkout?
As a Muse member, your free ground shipping will be automatically applied at checkout—just remember to make sure you're signed in! The same applies for Icon members. Your free 2-day shipping will automatically be applied at checkout. Please note that free ground and expedited shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the US. Method of shipping must be checked to apply.
How can I get a birthday gift?
Add your birthday under the ‘Ways to Earn Points’ section on the Splendid Insider page. On your birthday, we will send you a special discount code* via email that’s valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday! You will receive a coupon code for $25 off your order of $100 or more.
*Your birthday discount code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel that someone is trying to take advantage of the program, we reserve the right to terminate their account at our discretion.
I signed up for the birthday gift. Why have I not received it?
It’s possible that you did not register your birthday in time. In order to receive your birthday gift on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior.
If you register your birthday less than 30 days in advance of your actual birthday, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This is only applicable for the first year that you sign up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your actual birthday. If you register your birthday through your Splendid Insider account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact customercare@splendid.com and we will be happy to assist you.
REFER A FRIEND
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.
The first possible scenario is that there was a typo in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.
If you are still having problems using the email referrals, we recommend using your unique referral link. Please contact customercare@splendid.com if you need further assistance.
I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?
Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it.
Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our Splendid Rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.
When this happens, you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you received for referrals.
All Splendid Insider benefits, offers, and rewards are subject to availability. Splendid may at any time amend, modify, supplement, or terminate the loyalty program, the structure for earning rewards, or VIP tiers.
